Crushing Process
In this initial stage, coconut shell charcoal is finely crushed using state-of-the-art machines. This reduces the charcoal to a fine powder, achieving a consistency below 3mm, which forms the perfect foundation for premium briquettes.
Mixing Process
The finely crushed charcoal powder is blended with 5% food-grade wheat flour and water. This mixture is mixed thoroughly in specialized equipment for 25 minutes to ensure a smooth and even consistency.
Blending Process
Through a two-stage blending method, the mixture transforms into a paste-like form. This activates the tapioca flour, acting as a natural binding agent, which strengthens the final briquettes.
Molding Process
After an adequate cooling period, the mixture is molded into the desired shapes and sizes, customized to meet our clients’ specific requirements. This step allows for diverse product options and versatile usage.
Drying Process
Molded briquettes are placed in an industrial oven and dried for 48 hours. This process ensures that moisture content is reduced to below 5%, making the briquettes highly efficient and long-lasting.
Packing Process
Once dried, the briquettes are carefully packaged with high-quality materials to maintain freshness. The packaging process is tailored to meet customer specifications, with options for 1kg packs or single-package boxes. Each package reflects our commitment to quality and is branded to align with our customers’ needs, ready for shipment.
